I published my first blog on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007 -- just to try out the idea. I didn’t know how successful it would be or how much fun I’d have.
Since then, four years have passed and I’ve racked up some 115 offerings. And has it been fun? Well, that 115 number is the answer. ...
I’d like to share the links of 13 of my favorites.

going to read the Stephen King one now :-)
ReplyDeleteI am Harriet,
ReplyDeleteThanks. Someday I hope to be the web aficionado you are. :)
Janet,
ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm fond of the Stephen King one too and of course, it has to be true.
I think the Carina Press post was the one where I heard of them for the first time, so thank you. I also liked the tongue twister one. Fun!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on keeping it going.
ReplyDeleteRikki,
ReplyDeleteThanks. I hope the post was helpful.
CountryDew,
ReplyDeleteThanks. I appreciate people like you who keep visiting.
Congratulations on your "almost" blogiversary. I started in 2003 and have about 8,000 entries, although I'm not sure how to count them--some I've deleted.

Norma,
ReplyDeleteYou're it! You're what I can aspire towards! Thanks and kudos on your incredible blog-run.
Happy Almost Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to get some time to kick back and check them all out.
I'm in the middle of my own planning, scheming and dreaming. Hopefully my new endeavor will see more four years and over a 100 offerings later, still happy and celebrating!
Happy TT,

thebluemuse,
ReplyDeleteThanks. I appreciate you stopping by.
*applause*
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to have met you in Blog World, Brenda! Hoping to meet in real life one day.
Congratulations! And great compilation. I didn't know that 1/6 of all the beef comes from the great state of Texas. I'm in the city, so I have no idea what farming is here. That's pretty bad. I shouldn't admit it. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteJulia Smith,
ReplyDeleteYes, we're blog friends who need to hook up--I'm sure we will at a conference or a convention soon.
Forgetfulone,
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about the volume of beef from Texas either until I did some research. I think it's cool you're from Texas. I hope to visit there someday soon.
Wow. Has it really been 4 years? Time flies when you're blogging. *G*
ReplyDeleteAh, I remember a few of these. Time sure flies, doesn't it?
ReplyDelete(Sorry for the late comment--my internet kept going out last week.)
I started in 2005 and have posted at least 5 days a week since then!
ReplyDeleteI loved the tongue twisters and the quotes on summer.
